​​Internships

Community Engagement Intern - Are you interested in fostering community awareness, planning and executing events, and exploring unique fundraising avenues? Would you like to build skills in community engagement, event planning, and non-profit fundraising? If you answered yes, then this might just be the internship for you! Currently, Blue Skies for Children (BSFC) sponsors 130 youths via enrichment programs funded by grants, donations, and sponsorships. As a Community Engagement Intern, you'll help drive our mission further with new fundraising initiatives and exciting community events. This is a part-time (10 - 15 hours per week) internship. The length of engagement will last approximately 3 months and has a flexible start time/end time to accommodate school scheduling and other commitments.​

Board Committees

Consider joining a Board Committee at Blue Skies for Children to take on a more invested role. These specialized groups focus on specific operational areas and accomplish much of our work. If you have the time and expertise, your contribution would be invaluable! Additionally, joining a Board Committee is an excellent stepping stone if you are contemplating a position on a Board of Directors.
