Alexandra spent her childhood in Mount Vernon Washington, now calling a cozy third-floor apartment in downtown Bellingham home. Throughout her journey, she's worn a variety of hats, including roles as a compassionate caregiver, personal gardener, and dedicated housekeeper. Her deep love for her picturesque city led her to become a visitor information concierge at the Bellingham International Airport, where she delighted curious travelers with local knowledge and warmth. Presently, Alexandra serves as the Office and Program Coordinator for Blue Skies for Children, continuing her mission of making a positive impact on the community. She also works as a Volunteer Coordinator for cultural gems such as Bellingham Seafeast and the Ski-to-Sea race. In late May, you can find her laying traffic cones out for runners at the DOT Station on Shukshan, and in October, you can find her directing traffic at Zuanich Harbor.
Outside of her professional commitments, you'll often find Alexandra immersed in exploring the cultural and natural wonders of Whatcom County and beyond with her partner and two cats. Whether embarking on literary adventures or chasing beautiful sunsets, she's always eager to discover something new and share those experiences with her community.
