Jessica Raymond | Secretary

​Jessica Raymond has lived in Bellingham for 14 years and is a graduate of Western Washington University. She holds a Bachelors degree in Human Services and a Masters degree in Social Work. She has been a school counselor for the past five years and worked in social services in Bellingham for eight years. 
​
Jessica and her husband Tim have an infant daughter and are foster parents. She hopes to continue her work as an advocate for children and families in need as a member of the Blue Skies for Children board. Jessica enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling in her spare time.
