We may collect your name, contact details, and donation or program information when you interact with us. This data is used only to:

  • Administer programs and events

  • Improve services and comply with laws

We do not sell or trade your information. Limited sharing may occur with trusted vendors (e.g., donation processors) or when required by law.

By choosing to Opt-In to receive texts when you submit an application or donate to our programs, you may receive event reminders, program updates, or donation opportunities.

    We never share your mobile number for marketing purposes.

Blue Skies for Children will collect opt-in either verbally or when indicated in applications or contact forms from our clients, donors, and volunteers. Clients, donors, and volunteers will be able to opt in to receive conversational messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if they call Blue Skies for Children. When clients, donors, and volunteers are registered for the first time, they will be asked to provide their phone number, and our staff is trained to ask if they would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications. Clients, donors, and volunteers will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, “Message frequency may vary”, and that they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time”. They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions can be found above.
