Scholarship
Scholarship limited to Whatcom and Skagit County Residents Only
Our Driver's Education Scholarship is offered to teens 15 to 17 years of age, who are homeless, low-income or in foster care. It is a competitive scholarship and does require an application, essay, two letters of reference, school grades transcript, and access to a car and auto insurance.
The scholarship grants up to $500 toward driver's education and is limited to 5 scholarships per enrollment period. Award is based on both merit and need.​ There are three enrollment periods and scholarship announcements throughout the 2025 calendar year. Enrollment periods and scholarship announcements are listed below.

Once awarded, you have three months to use the scholarship funds.
