One Time Little Wishes

Applications OPEN April 14 - May 12, 2025

A One-Time Little Wish is a single, one-time award designed to support a specific wish or enrichment opportunity for a child. Each Little Wish request is tailored to meet the unique interests or needs of the child.

One-Time Little Wish Eligibility

• Child must be school aged enrolled in kindergarten through 12th grade
• Applicants must be referred to Blue Skies for Children by a referral partner or meet eligibility requirements (low-income, homeless, or foster)
• Applicants must live in Whatcom or Skagit County
• Applicants cannot also be receiving Ongoing Enrichment through Blue Skies for Children

Enrollment Periods and Award Announcements for 2025

Send in Application: April 14th - May 12th
Awards announced: After May 12th 

Send in Application: September 1st - October 6th 
Scholarships announced: After ​October 6th 

One-Time Little Wishes are limited in number and may not cover the full requested.
​Wishes are awarded through a Lottery System.
