Debbie Hill-Leavy - Allstate Insurance, Sales Representative

Debbie has been a board member of Blue Skies for Children since May 2003.  She is married with two adult children and has two "grand-doggies" (a chocolate lab and a beagle).  Debbie is one of thirteen adopted children.  Her parents also had two foster children and one biological child.  Having been raised in such a large family, Debbie understands first hand the needs of families.  She believes that if she had not been adopted, that she would have been a candidate for services like those offered by Blue Skies.  

Debbie is a licensed sales representative and office staff manager for Allstate & State Street Insurance.  Debbie generously gives her time to the community.  Debbie is a past member of the Ferndale Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors, and is currently a lifetime member of the VFW ladies auxillary in Custer, Washington.  Debbie's unyielding committment to Blue Skies is due to the mission of raising hope and self-esteem in our most needy children.

In her personal time, she cherishes time with her family and friends, loves to read a good book, and enjoys baking.
