Carolyn Brown has been working with children for over 35 years.
She holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Idaho and a Technical Degree in Forestry from Lassen College. She worked for the forest service and CA State Parks for eight years. At one time, she owned two businesses in Moscow, ID.
Carolyn served as the Executive Director for the Ferndale and Lummi Island Boys & Girls Clubs for thirteen years, and two years as Assistant Director when the clubs merged. In 2002, Carolyn was hired as the first Executive Director for Blue Skies for Children. In 2004, she moved to Santa Barbara to manage the Boys & Girls Clubs there, until 2014.
Carolyn is active in her community and has been a Rotarian for over 16 years.
